TWL Apps

Two apps: one for your money, one for your week.

TWL Debt Pay-Off & Budget App and TWL Capacity Competent App are available for iPhone and Android. Both are built on the same rule as everything else here: defined inputs, cited benchmarks, and plain talk about what the numbers do not tell you.

App one

TWL Debt Pay-Off & Budget App

See the payoff date, then change it on purpose.

Enter your balances, rates and minimum payments, and the app shows what your current plan actually costs you in time and interest. Compare snowball and avalanche ordering, test an extra payment, and watch the payoff date move. Your monthly budget lives beside the debt plan, so the money you free up has somewhere to go.

  • Debt list with balances, APR and minimums
  • Snowball vs. avalanche comparison, side by side
  • Extra-payment what-ifs with a live payoff date
  • Monthly budget with categories and rollover
  • Interest paid to date and interest saved

App two

TWL Capacity Competent App

Know what your week can actually hold.

The companion to our capacity work: log the hours your week really uses — work, care, sleep, travel, recovery — and see the capacity you have left before you commit to something new. Benchmarks come from time-use research, and the app is explicit about what it does not measure.

  • Weekly capacity ledger across work, care, sleep and recovery
  • Remaining-capacity view before you say yes
  • Benchmarks drawn from published time-use data
  • Household view for shared load
  • Plain-language limits on every comparison

Privacy policy

What the apps collect, and what they do not.

Information you enter

Balances, budgets, hours and notes you type into the apps are stored so the apps can show you your own results. We do not sell this information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Account information

If you create an account, we keep the email address you sign up with so you can sign in and recover access. You can use both apps without connecting them to anything else.

Bank and card data

The apps do not ask for bank logins or card numbers. Debt and budget figures are the ones you enter yourself.

Diagnostics

We use basic crash and error reporting to fix problems. It is not used to build a profile of you.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it. Requests go to hello@theworklife.co.

Plain English on purpose.

Account deletion

Delete your account

Enter the email address tied to your app account and tell us which app. We remove the account and the data stored with it, and confirm by email when it is done.

This opens a pre-filled email to hello@theworklife.co. Requests are handled within 30 days.
